It all depends on what you plan on doing but I’ll give you a general idea.
Breakfast will cost you anywhere from 2–10€; 2€ if you have a coffee and a croissant and up to 10€ if you order a typical English or Western style breakfast with eggs and potatoes. Lunch will cost anywhere from 5–15€; 5€ if you eat fast food and up to 15€ for a typical “menu del día” at most bars and restaurants which will include two big plates of food, a drink, coffee and desert. If you order paella, good paella is usually 20€ per person. Dinner can cost about the same as lunch or even cheaper if you eat light and share tapas with friends; a typical tapa is “patatas bravas”and can cost anywhere from 2,50€-5€ and around 3€ for a slice of “tortilla de patatas.”
Visiting certain places like the Sagrada Familia costs about 25€ and the park costs 10€. Going to a flamenco show can cost around 25€-50€ or even possibly free with paella. Tickets to see a winning football team like Real Madrid or FC Barcelona will start at 55€. Renting electric scooters or bicicleta can cost around 10–25€ per day I believe. If you visit a seaside destination there are plenty of water activities and boats or jet skis for rent (no idea how much).
Going out at night (under non Covid-19 normal circumstances) can cost you 15€-25€ for entrance to a nightclub, 10€ to get there in taxi, 3–5€ for cost check and 8–10€ per drink at the bar (Yes expensive). Going out bar hopping is cheaper usually 3€ for a local beer or about 7€ for a craft beer. Bars close at 3AM.
Of course these are all tourist prices for touristy activities as things are always more expensive for people on vacation. Hopefully you get a general idea of how much you’d need to bring to Spain for a week.
