A visa is refused if the applicant:
- Presents a false travel document;
- Gives no justification for the objectives and conditions of the planned stay;
- Provides no evidence of sufficient livelihoods for the duration of stay or return to its country of origin / residence;
- Has already exhausted the 90 days of the current period of 180 days;
- Is subjected to an alert in the Schengen Information System (SIS) in order to refuse entry;
- Is considered a threat to public policy, internal security or public health of one of the Member States;
- Does not provide any evidence of travel health insurance.Â
